Withdrawals

We understand that the withdrawal process is of the utmost importance to our customers, because of this we endeavor to process all withdrawals as efficiently as possible.

In order to prevent potential online fraud and ensure that funds are returned to the customer’s personal account, withdrawals are processed only via payment methods that were already used by the customer for deposits in the past.

Withdrawals must be over 1000 NGN and are limited to once a week. Maximum withdrawal is 10,000,000 NGN.

Our withdrawal process is designed to be simple to use and completely transparent. So should you decide to cash in your winnings, you can be sure that we will process your withdrawal as quickly as possible and will keep you updated at every stage of the withdrawal process. As a valued customer we believe you have the right to know the status of your withdrawal from the minute you request it until the time it is in your hand.

Where possible we will always make the payment method you used to deposit available for your withdrawals, in cases where the deposit method cannot be used to withdraw you will be offered a suitable alternative.

Note that the Processing Time is a service level which we endeavor to provide, we cannot absolutely guarantee these timescales as delays can occur due to external factors. Processing time is how long the withdrawal takes to leave our banking system and relates only to KYC verified accounts with no suspicious activity.

The Withdrawal Process

Stage 1. Request a withdrawal

Quite simply log in and visit This Page, select the amount you wish to withdraw and through which withdrawal method. We will email you to confirm the request has been successful.

Your withdrawal is now in our pending withdrawals queue.


Stage 2. Account KYC and Gameplay Validation

If your account hasn’t already been verified (KYC) you will be asked to complete our verification procedure. Your account only needs to be verified once.

At this stage your account is scanned for suspicious or unusual transactions and betting patterns, no need to worry about this if you only use our service for legitimate entertainment.


Stage 3. Withdrawal Processing

Once your account is validated and your account activity is confirmed non-suspicious your withdrawal is processed, this means the funds leave our banking system. 

You will receive an email letting you know your withdrawal has been processed successfully.


Stage 4. You Receive Your Money

The time between your withdrawal being processed and you receiving the money will vary depending on the withdrawal method you use and which bank your account is held with. In general bank transfer withdrawals will show in your account within 3-10 working days, e-wallet withdrawals are virtually instant.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT+1, excluding Maltese bank holidays. If your withdrawal is requested after 3:30pm the processing time will begin on the following working day.

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide the correct information when requesting a withdrawal, incorrect information will lead to delays in you receiving your money so please double check.

Should your withdrawal be delayed at any stage we will inform you of the delay and the reasons for the delay as soon as we are made aware of it.

Safety Control - KYC (Know Your Customer)

In some cases, for safety reasons we might implement a credit card check or an identity check. You will be informed by e-mail about this, or you might be asked to verify your identity on our web site upon requesting a withdrawal. Don't worry, it wont take a lot of time.
